Swamp Grits is a future award-winning podcast with little to boast outside its name. What began as a drunken suggestion to turn useless observations into regimented half-hourish musings, Sye and Shpak would argue they've done exactly that. The two southern-esque, desperately radical lesbians created these woefully indulgent conversations with one thing in mind--Shpak: "Gay." Sye: "Questioning Ryan Murphy."

Why is every queer woman's movie a #&%@ing white cis lesbian period piece? Why is it that all we ever do is watch filthy, badly lit white women in heavy fabric trashbags heavy breathing? We have spent hours watching (mostly straight actresses) untie and unbutton for like 30 minutes just to get to a truly disgusting sex scene (when you think about how little they shower and bedpans, and honestly, you get it).
